Information we process
We process account email, name and optional profile image; plan and credit balances; uploaded photos and their metadata; project and brochure details; feedback, misuse reports and operational logs. Photo metadata can include capture time, camera settings and location if embedded in your files. Avoid uploading unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Purposes and service providers
We use this information to authenticate you, operate editing and downloads, track credits, save projects, publish brochures you choose to share, moderate feedback, handle support and prevent misuse. Trusted third-party AI and image-processing providers acting as our processors handle AI editing, segmentation and upscaling of images. Lovable Cloud provides hosting, authentication, database and private file storage. These providers receive the information needed for their part of the service and may process it in countries outside your own. Their processing and retention are also subject to their terms and policies; this notice does not promise that third parties retain no data.
Storage, deletion and retention
Project photos and working files are stored privately and accessed through temporary signed links. You can delete photos and projects. Photo deletion removes their project records, removes them from saved brochure selections and requests removal of associated stored originals, prepared frames, clean copies and finished files. Deleting a source also deletes its derived photos. Project deletion waits for active processing to finish.
Deleting a photo during an active edit does not cancel the provider request: it may finish in the background and leave a residual output. Storage cleanup failures, backups and provider-retained copies may not disappear immediately. Contact help@fogeni.com for removal assistance or account deletion. We retain information needed to provide your account, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes; final retention periods and transfer safeguards must be established before launch.
Brochures, shared links and downloads
Sharing a brochure makes its selected photos, property details, agent details and optional logo accessible to anyone with the link. Link views are counted. Unshare the brochure to stop future access through the link. Downloaded PDFs, images and copies already received by others cannot be recalled. There is no separate public client-gallery service at present.
Feedback and your rights
Feedback is private pending review. Approved feedback may publicly show the name, role/company, quote and optional rating you submit. Contact help@fogeni.com to request correction or withdrawal. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data, and complain to the relevant regulator. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
