The service
Fogeni provides credit-based real-estate photo editing: HDR bracket merging, Tidy up or Empty room, Virtual staging and sky replacement, followed by guarded automatic corrections where enabled and upscaling/finalizing. You can create multipage brochures, share brochure links and download photos or PDFs. A separate public client-gallery service is not currently offered.
Your photos and account
Upload only photos you own or have sufficient permission to process, alter and share, including permission for people and private information shown. You retain your rights in your content and grant us the permission necessary to store, process and deliver it through our providers. Keep your account secure. Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful content or infringe intellectual property. We may restrict access or remove content where needed to address misuse or legal obligations.
AI processing and accuracy
Trusted third-party AI and image-processing providers acting as our processors handle image editing, segmentation and upscaling. Lovable Cloud hosts authentication, database and photo storage. AI can produce errors or alter details. Inspect results before publishing and disclose virtual staging and other material alterations where listing rules or law require. Edited images are not evidence of a property's actual condition. Automatic straightening is guarded and may skip an unreliable correction.
Credits and payment
HDR costs 1 credit per photo/group. Tidy up or Empty room and Virtual staging each add 1 credit; Twilight/Night adds 2. Other offered skies are free. Straightening, finalizing, brochures and downloads have no extra credit cost. Charges start with the AI job; failed or cancelled AI jobs restore held credits, but later finalizing failures do not automatically reverse a completed edit. Deleting photos does not refund credits. Referral rewards
If you sign up with a valid referral code, you receive 5 bonus credits and the person who referred you receives 15 credits, both added after your first successful payment (a plan or a credit pack). Each referred user earns a reward only once, and you cannot refer yourself. A referrer can earn rewards for up to 20 referred users per calendar month; beyond that the referred user still receives their 5 credits. Referral credits behave like credit-pack credits. Fogeni may withhold or remove rewards in cases of fraud or abuse.
Promote & earn
Signed-in users can earn credits in two ways. Referrals: 15 credits for each new paying customer who signs up through your referral link, added at that customer's first payment (up to 20 rewarded referrals per calendar month); the new customer receives 5 bonus credits. Video testimonial: a one-time reward of 20 credits per user for submitting a genuine, honest video of yourself giving your feedback about Fogeni (uploaded file or link), added when Fogeni approves the submission. The reward is for submitting an honest testimonial and does not depend on your feedback being positive. By submitting, you agree that Fogeni may post the video on its website and social media pages. Submitted video files are stored privately and are only made public if Fogeni posts them; when Fogeni posts a testimonial, it will state that the customer received credits for sharing their feedback. You must not make false or misleading claims about Fogeni, its results or prices. Promoters and reviewers act independently and are not employees, agents or representatives of Fogeni, and are responsible for following UAE advertising and media laws, including any UAE Media Council permit requirements that apply to them. Fogeni may refuse, withhold or reverse rewards for fake, copied or misleading content or content that breaks these rules.
Storage and sharing
Projects use private file storage with temporary signed access links. Deleting photos removes their records, associated stored files and brochure selections; active provider work and backup/provider retention can delay full removal, as described in the Privacy Policy. Anyone with a shared brochure link can view its selected content. You are responsible for your agent/property details and permission to share them. Copies already downloaded cannot be recalled.
Feedback
Feedback is submitted for review and is not published automatically. By submitting, you permit publication of your supplied name, role/company, quote and optional rating after approval. Do not include confidential information. Contact help@fogeni.com to request removal or correction.
Service limitations and disputes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular AI result or acceptance by any property portal. Maintain your own backups. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Contact help@fogeni.com first about a dispute. Governing law, dispute venue and any permissible liability limits must be settled in the final agreement before launch.
