Credit costs
Main HDR editing costs 1 credit per resulting photo: a grouped bracket set counts as one photo. Tidy up or Empty room adds 1 credit; Virtual staging adds 1 credit. Twilight/Night sky adds 2 credits. Original sky, Clear blue, Soft clouds, Big clouds, Sunset and Soft sunset add no credits. For example, HDR + Tidy up costs 2 credits; HDR + staging + Twilight costs 4.
Re-applying Tidy up/Empty room or staging to a finished photo costs 1 credit per tool. A finished-photo sky replacement costs 0 credits, or 2 for Twilight/Night. Automatic straightening when enabled, wall colour correction, upscaling/finalizing, brochures and downloads have no extra credit cost.
Referral rewards
If you sign up with a valid referral code, you receive 5 bonus credits and the person who referred you receives 15 credits, both added after your first successful payment (a plan or a credit pack). Each referred user earns a reward only once, and you cannot refer yourself. A referrer can earn rewards for up to 20 referred users per calendar month; beyond that the referred user still receives their 5 credits. Referral credits behave like credit-pack credits. Fogeni may withhold or remove rewards in cases of fraud or abuse.
When charges happen
Credits are deducted when an AI edit job starts, not when files are selected, grouped or waiting in setup. Preparing files before the edit does not itself consume credits. Re-add photos after reload if their original files were not retained; missing files are not sent to AI or charged. The same job identifier prevents a duplicate charge for the same running or completed edit. A genuinely new edit is a new job.
Failures and retries
A failed or cancelled AI edit job restores its held credits once. Retrying a failed job may deduct the restored credits when it starts again. Finalizing/upscaling has no credit charge of its own; failure at that later stage does not automatically refund an AI edit that already completed. Contact help@fogeni.com about unresolved failures.
Deleting a photo is not a refund or cancellation request and does not change your credit balance, including when its edit is still running. There is no guarantee of an automatic refund because you dislike a successfully completed result.
Plans and money refunds
Plans display monthly or yearly prices and included credits. The current app does not have a connected payment checkout or automatic monetary refunds. Cancellation marks a plan as cancelled; resuming clears that status. It is not a payment refund. Any paid service offered at launch must state renewal, taxes, unused-credit expiry and monetary refund terms before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected; contact help@fogeni.com with a billing issue.
